I've been dealing with alopecia since the summer before 10th grade... It sucks and I hate it. Every time it gets better, it gets even worse. This time, it's kinda been a roller-coaster of in between good and bad for just short of two years. The last time I went to the doctor, he was really excited because it was getting better. Now, a month later, I'm losing handfuls of hair every time I wash, comb, and do it. I can't just not do anything to my hair otherwise it gets nasty and falls out even more. I'm tired of dealing with it..... Please hair, stop hating me and just let me be a normal girl.
Is that too much to ask for?

Update....
In case any of you were wondering.... I'm doing so good with my goals! Praying in the mornings is still hard, but I've been eating better (mostly) and doing my little workout each night. I haven't used my pass, but I've looked into cancelling it, so that's good. Life is still a little rough, but everything will work out in the end.
I've been struggling with what I should do for next semester/next fall. I haven't known if I should stay at SUU or if I should transfer up north so I can work at the Rec Center and have a full time job and go to the U or somewhere else. I was thinking it was a really great opportunity, but now I'm not sure. Maybe this is the summer where I get to go to Africa and help out there instead of coming back here. I could get sponsors so I wouldn't really have to pay anything. I just need to look into it more! Anyway, things are good. I'm didn't get all the classes I wanted for next semester, but I'm still working on going to it! I'm hoping people get dropped on the day tuition is due (seriously that would be amazing). But until then I'm not a full time student..... Which is sketchy cuz I'm not sure if my scholarship will work but I don't wanna sign up for some lame class and then have to pay the fees for it and then drop it once I get into a different one. We'll see. Maybe I'll go ask the financial aid office if they have any advice on what to do. But til then, I'm taking a baby 11 credits.. Instead of 17 like I had planned.... Huge difference!
On other news: I came home! It was a huge surprise to everyone, my littlest sister especially. When I left to go back to school she moved her bed into my room so she wasn't sharing with Avery anymore. But she was sleeping in my bed when I got home (past midnight so everyone was asleep). I was just laying there not making a peep and she randomly woke up, looked at me, and starts saying, "what are you doing? who are you??! what are you doing here?!" She was so freaked out and then her little half awake tired voice was too great. I just busted up laughing and it was honestly pretty freaky, but her reaction was thee best. My family is funny. I then woke my brother up this morning and he like jumped on me he was so excited I was home. My other sister was just like "Why are you home??" when I walked in the bathroom this morning. I love it that I surprised everyone by coming home (minus my dad since I told him so I wouldn't get hurt sneaking in way late). It's good to see everyone and I'm even more excited to see my grandparents this afternoon!
Here's some photos from my life of late.. From like beginning of October and on...

Goals
My goals for this week and the rest of the semester:
--Read scriptures every night (I'm already doing so good!)
--Pray morning and night (just gotta get those mornings in)
--Stop eating crappy food!!! (In case you were wondering, my roommates and I bought to packages of cookie dough, a bag of double-stuffed oreos, and a bottle of the bubbly: sparkling cider....)
--Every night: 50 crunches, 25 sit-ups, 50 lunges
--Go the the freaking gym! I pay for a pass so I need to start using it for real.
--Be realistic. This week is rough, but I can get through it. If I miss something I can't beat myself up over it. Stuff happens. But I honestly do love good stuff and working out and feeling good about myself! I just am really in love with stuff that's not good for me.
I so got this!!
